They advertise that they use only water, that is not true, they use a pretreatment called "empowered water" lol that's just a fancy way of hiding the fact that they do add some sor of agent to help get stains and spots out! So beware if they try and hide that fact then their character isn't what it should be, in my opinion!

I had my carpets cleaned today by Zerorez and what an amazing job they did. My carpets look awesome!! George and Heather are wonderful to work with and very professional, friendly and did a thorough job on my carpets. My carpets are thick and fluffy and are a bare to just vacuum much less clean them. They are a great team and I will always ask for them when needing my carpets cleaned again. I will use Zerorez from here out. Thanks George and Heather for making my carpet cleaning experience and pleasant one. :)

Notice all the previous reviews are from 2010. I ordered service because of a Dallas Morning News Ad Special for 3 rooms $99. These guys start selling extra work the second they get in your house. When I got the bill, they had added a $8.00 fuel charge. When questioned why no one had ever mentioned a fuel charge before, I was told that they give it to you on the final bill. Make sure you get all the charges up front.

My husband and I had a great experience with Zerorez. Our technician was very courtesy, answered our questions and explained the available services, and did a great job cleaning our living room carpet. We were very pleased with the results and would recommend Zerorez to our friends and family. We will definitely be using them again in the future for our carpet and tile cleaning needs!

I have been using ZeroRez for at least 3 years so have had numerous appointments with them. I am pleased to say that every time that they come out, I am thrilled with the carpets. They feel great on the bare toes and smell good too! The technicians are very professional and will explain everything that they are doing. I will only use Zerorez. Had another great carpet cleaning experience with them today. Very professional and knowledgable! My tech was wonderful and did more than I expected. The carpet looks great! I'm glad my neighbor refered them a few years ago. They were able to get stains out that another competitor could not. Thank you Zerorez! Thank you Mike!

My carpet is 15 years old. Needed serious cleaning after all that time - I managed to rent my own cleaner a couple of times for quick cleaning and most recently hired a steam cleaning company to get out some soda and high traffic area stains. They came to the house - TWICE in 2 days - when they were through, my carpet had a sour smell and an orange-y tint where the soda stains were. Called ZeroRez, they came out the next day.
