in 2/18/15 2 ZEROREZ techs came out to do carpets and tile in kitchen. 1 tech damaged 4 large tile squares, and later discovered a damaged oil painting. after weeks of calling and calling got the painting fixed. last month NETTIE mgr of LOCAL ZEROREZ agreed to have the damaged tiles replaced. A tech from MR HANDYMAN, who was sent by NETTIE, came on 3/30/15 and gave estimate to repair. explained that needed to get ok from ZEROREZ, who now declines to have tiles repaired. more telephone calls and NETTIE and not returned calls.... read more

Zerorez gave me one price over the phone and when they came out here they raised the price by $40. They would not stick to the price quoted on the phone. I asked if they could clean my rug without harming it and he said they could. They actually ruined my rug. It was a light color and now it is a lot darker. They say their cleaning will not leave a residue on my carpet but it did. It's a light beige and now it looks like a dark beige. Don't let them clean your carpet. Don’t waste your money. First they were really late. The extra changes were way too expensive. But the most important… did not clean at all. A week after the process, I had to go and rent a machine to clean the mess they left behind. Take the challenge: let them clean the carpet, then rent a machine, clean just any area again and you will see the difference.
My biggest issue with the service is being lied to in regards to them keeping their appointment. My wife and daughter waited for 3 hours for them to arrive. I understand tardiness occurs but to be lied is another matter all in itself. Lied to on 5 different occasions on the location of the tech including from the Manager named Mike. Not to mention my wife and daughter were waiting at a rental property so they didn't have the convenience of waiting in their own home. Needless to say not using again or recommending!!!!
I was told we were going to be the first customers of the day, and they would arrive at 8:30. Come a certain time I called because over an hour has passed for the due time. We were lied to 4 times stating that they were around the corner. The gentleman did not show up until 11:15am. I do understand being late and that is not the issue. I do not appreciate being lied to for as many times as this company did. Will NEVER use again and highly recommend to stay clear.

Ridiculously expensive! I had 2 bedrooms, a small and 2 staircases cleaned for $521. Excuse me?? The carpets are clean, yes. But they were also clean when I had them done for $250 from another company. I would not recommend Zerorez unless you have money to burn.
I just heard a radio commercial about this company and the commercial said that they use water ONLY so I got very excited about no chemicals, then the end of the commercial said call now and get 3 rooms for a certain amount which also included the pretreatment! I called to find out what the pretreatment was since they advertised Watee ONLY this company said the treatment was empowered water, after talking to the lady it was clear that they add some sort of chemical but assured me it was all natural.
