The staff was sweet when I went, but I experienced a family emergency that required me to move out of town shortly after I began treatment. Initially, staff was very understanding. I was approved for a full refund and a 1 month turn around time of the THOUSANDS of dollars I gave this company, received 1 adjustment total. This cancellation paperwork was provided to them in September of 2025. 5 months have now passed and I have not received a direct answer on why I haven’t been refunded yet.
