Buyer beware. Very sorry now that I signed up with this company. How I heard about them was at a Home Show. I signed up at Yakima Wa Home Show. I regret this decision because they had all this signage about the best rated company. They are awful to deal with. I have called them and made appointments for trouble shooting. A person named oscar told me he would be sending me a new battery for my new equipment 2 months old. Was told I would receive next day. Day 4 no battery. Best experience, great customer service
Not only did they handle the installation and set up super amazingly, Darren walked us through the entire thing before leaving. We had some issues with our dead bolt/key pad. They had someone out right away, replaced it and made sure it worked properly. Big thanks to Thomas for coming tonight and fixing our door. And thanks again to Darren and Oscar both. Great company.
Customer service is horrible. The only person that answers the phone is the poor tech no sales or customer reps. I was promised good customer service I'm not getting it
not lying to customers about how the system works during sales pitch. The system does not work as described in contract either. and when flaws arise dont force your customers to stick with you just because they signed for term agreement, because you never held up to your end of the contract. get rid of carlos as well, very poor customer interaction abilities.

I’m very impressed with the customer service I received last night! Carlos and Cam both worked on installing the security system to my household. They answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with using the system before they left. I will definitely be recommending Zenith to my friends and family. You guys were awesome!
They go above and beyond to help and make sure we are getting the most out of our system.
