the customer service is terrible. I have been fighting with them about a glass break alarm that keeps going off since July. They say it is due to my dog barking. and they cant make it so it figures out it is a glass break not a dog barking. So I agreed to have widow sensors put on on the 10th of October. They brought a new Glass break alarm sensor. My alarm went off while I was out of town and the police were called. They advise that I not use my alarm until I get this fixed. Worst experience they ignored my calls for my trial period now we are stuck in a contract and cnt do anything about it according to everyone even managers that i have tried to talk tl they are not helpful at all !
Great customer services. Called same day serviced. Better than vivint of waiting 2 weeks for service
So a close family friend has zenith security has told me some of her problems and is dropping them, the custom service they had was the worse!😡 I do not recommend this company!!!

We had a very bad experience with Zenith Security, the service and the way the lie to the customers. Vivint is the best!
We were mis leaded and completely lied too! The representative that came out to our house (Adrian Griner) was very pushy and did not take “NO” for an answer, my husband told him several times we were not interested at the moment. He convinced him to sign up for a “free” seven day trial but in order to do so he would have to sign some paperwork which ended up being a 36 month contract we were unaware of!
