Kelly Barham went above and beyond for me even though we are not with Zenith anymore. We were eventually transferred to Moni security and their customer service was horrible. The man didn't want to listen to my concern or help. His solution was an $85 service call. Kelly helped calm me and offered the solution of a $35 service call. Set up same day! Enjoyed Travis and our tech Brandon- both very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer lots of theoretical questions I threw their way. Discovered this company at the home show in Ellensburg- so glad we did. We have been shopping around for a security company for a while. Zenith blows the others out of the water compared to affordability, equipment, simplicity of operation, and accessible from any location with WiFi/internet or cell service. Professional and knowledgeable! Can’t beat the prices for good security!
I was a Vivint customer for 6+ years and have made the switch to Zenith after Vivint failed to complete an install after we moved. It was a 3 month ordeal getting them to cancel a service I was not under contract for. Called Zenith once it was cancelled and they came out here that same evening. The extremely friendly tech had some issues with the install and had to get components from another tech who came here on a Saturday ( an evening and weekend...something Vivint refused to do!) to complete the install.
