This company is so crooked. I went to an Aaron Watson concert, put my name in to win security equipment. They called and said we won and came to our house. Told us we didn’t have to pay a penny for our equipment and that we could just use their services for winning. They installed all but the fire alarm. We told me many times and they always said they’d come install it and never did. Then our front door started calling the fire department every time we opened it. I never do bad reviews, but I have to in this case. I got security system from them (equipment free cause I'm on a corner😅). Anyway, number 1 reason was for doorbell recorded (my kiddo is 10, I like to know if someone shows up while I'm gone). It hasn't worked last 2 months (I did reboot/reconnect process 8+times). Darren was very helpful and he was also a great tech, he explained everything to me and Made sure he had everything working properly before he left! I would recommend him to everyone!
Once again, a job well done from Darren & Thomas!!!! I was experiencing issues with one of my cameras and as we all know that can be frustrating when you want to see what’s happening at home. Darren was right on the spot, figured out the problem and in no time at all the system was running smoothly.
