It is a family that will have open arms to take you in and to hold you while you nurture and love yourself. This place is my favourite Yoga studio and I highly recommend you to come and immerse yourself with joy and peace here. Namaste
I LOVE Zenerations. I come to the weekly A Course In Miracles classes and love coming to all the seminars they do! They're on the pulse of new and powerful modalities.
Had an excellent massage with Marcos. Very soothing and relaxing but it also gave my body just what it needed - highly recommended! Also the weekly ACIM class with Wendi is very inspirational :)
