Be careful with this place. As a starter, they moved my appointment about three times because "overbook" or something like that. Then, I provided them with my insurance information they said they couldn't verify it so they would need my social security number instead. I wasn't comfortable sharing my SS# so then they said they wouldn't be able to see me. When I decided to provide them with my SS# they never called me back again.
