Great undiscovered salon!! – I have been going to Zena since they opened back in 2006. They do such a great job! I always get compliments on my [acrylic] nails and on my pedicures. My lash extensions are amazing! Without a ton of mascara, you can't even see my natural lashes, but now I actually get compliments - and without mascara! Choose Kelly – Kelly has made my pain go away with her amazing massage. She stretches you out first and makes you feel totally awesome. In my opinion, she has magical hands. Ask for Kelly when you go to this great day spa. Hope you guys get good treatment!
love this place must go and see it – I love this place because when I go there I feel that they are like family when you get to know the people that work there. They are very friendly and really want to make you happy. If I have any problem they will try there best to make me happy go and try it your self. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
Hate this hell hole – These people are horrible. They were 30 minutes late for my appointment and didn't even apologize. They do everything half-assed. I would not be surprised if they don't clean they manicure tools. All the employees are amateurs and aren't professional at all. Hate this place.
So glad I didn't go to anyone else – I accidentally found Zena's when I needed to have my eyebrows shaped correctly to fix a TWO bad eyebrow makeup jobs. I looked at her web site and scrutinized all the eyebrow examples to make a decision who I would use and she ANSWERED THE PHONE! I'm so glad I didn't go to anyone else and I was so very impressed how well done her work is and what care Lorin took to make it right and then was pleased that she added the makeup around the eyes. Permanent make-up A+ – My friend had gotten her lip liner done at Zena's 2 years ago (before it expanded), and it looked so good, I had to see about getting it done for myself. I called to make an appointment with Lorine (pronounced lo-REEN, like Maurene), and she set up a consult for the next day. Amazing Transformation – Lorin is awesome. She knows her stuff and makes you beautiful. You can get out of bed and look amazing! You tell her what a look you are going for , and she does her magic. The atmosphere of the spa is an experience in and of itself!!
Great spa & salon!!! – I began visiting Zena prior to the expansion & always received superior services. Now that they have expanded & improved it is even better! I am a loyal customer & think Lauren is awesome. They care about customer satisfaction & expert treatments. I would recommend Zena to anyone!
Fabulous eyeliner perminant make-up – As someone who likes to wear minimal make-up and strives for a natural beauty appearance, the "Lash enhancement eyeliner" was the perfect choice for me. Quite a few of the women at the salon told me they had work done here and I was sold by how amazing and natural it all looked!
