I went in to get permanent make-up. There was an advertised "special" for the service, BUT I was charged $100 more. I was told by the person who did my brows, Reda, that she used a "special brush stroke technique that costs more". (Strike 1). Another one of the problems that I had was, there are no posted prices for the permanent make-up. Depending on when you go and who you are, the prices are subject to be different. I got a massage with Chelsea and am in WAY more pain than when I went in. She dislocated my joints several times and I felt like I was being beaten up and tossed around. I asked her to do things differently many times and she would stop in that moment but then be equally aggressive somewhere else. She wasn't really listening to what I was saying that I needed or how I felt about what she was doing so things never really improved. Great Massage Superb!!! Facials – Got a Massage with Jull was very good. A Facial with Ana I did everything she suggested and my skin not only feels and looks great but, the compliments i get every day For sure I keep my next appointment with Ana.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL...SAVE UR $$$ GO ELSEWHERE! – I went for permanent makeup full eyes (upper, lower and inner lower lid), full lips (lip lift and color) and eyebrows and paid a big chunk of money. Was told by Laurine to go back after 6 weeks for a touch up. Went back (over an hour drive) and she told me nothing was needed. DO NOT BUY BOTOX! – I bought a groupon for botox. I've been using botox for some time now, and I've had it administered on my crows feet a few times, 20 units each time. Well, I had absolutely zero change after coming to see this place! Plus all she did was inject once on each side, never even asked me to squint my eyes, or even smile. The worst Spa ever!! – This is the worst spa I have ever been to. They only care to push sales on you. They try to sell you services or products. The owner ( I assume) is pushy and rude if she feels she can't sell you anything. The facial I had was OK, but not worth going back. The manicurist is sweet, but she seems to be afraid of the owner. Great Place to go for all your beauty needs from head to toe – Zena Day Spa is an amazing place to go for all your beauty needs. They have full mani/pedi, hair, massage, facials, you name it, it's there!
LOVE Lauren she is amazing when it come to Permanent Make up do not go anywhere else I have been going to her for years love this place! Use the organic ink it looks more natural. The pain is not bad at all.
Are You Kidding Me? – So, the spa isnt a bad place, its not exactly the CLEANEST either, may i say. Look, if your going for a massage, its the best there. Ive gone there twice, and ive only gotten massages from Kelly. Shes the only one i trust. That Lauren, is just WOW. She is so fake. She laughs at ALL of your jokes.
