RecommendedWe purchased 7 new windows for our house. From the quote to the install it has an easy process. Even with the blizzard that stalled our install they kept great communication with us. The installers were great! They did the install very quickly did an amazing job. I will recommend to anyone looking for windows.
RecommendedOur installation was done in one day (yesterday) with all 14 windows replaced! I was a bit concerned that it would be tough to match the outside trim of the original 100 year old windows, but they came out looking fantastic! The installers, EJ and Dan, arrived bright and early at 7am—they were friendly, professional and worked non-stop (just a brief lunch break of about 20 minutes with my urging). After much research we chose ZEN to replace our windows. Brad and his team did a tremendous job, were very professional, responsive, and reliable. The quality of the product meets and exceeds our expectations and the cost proved to be a great value.The installation was on schedule and went as promised. I would recommend ZEN to anyone looking for quality and value backed by a great warranty and professional people.
This is why Zen Windows is awesome! Not only are they stellar to work with from the owner Kyle, to the Operations manager Jessica, to the install crew lead by Jesse, but the price and easy of service was phenomenal! The product itself is great! I needed to bring my son’s “Jail” in from the garage and was unable to fit it through any of my doors. The box was just too big. So what did I do, open up one of my double sliders in the kitchen and brought the box through that way! Winning! And now my 4 year old is one happy cop!
Love my windows and sliding glass patio door. Easy to open and clean and they look great. Zen employees were all very professional and the owner was responsive in helping address a post-installation concern. Now that we are having record cold temperature I am even more grateful they were able to install everything prior to Christmas. My house is finally warm for the first time in years!
Well enough was enough with our 28 year old extremely heavy, drafty, fogged up, inoperable wooden windows.
