I recently tried Zen Kyoto and was genuinely impressed. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared. Every bite tasted high quality, and you could tell they use fresh ingredients. Besides sushi, they also have ramen and donburi, which are definitely worth trying. The ramen had a rich, flavorful broth, and the don portions were generous and satisfying.
