Just got introduced to the nitro cold brew. Omg it’s amazing!!
Zeke’s always has the best lattes and does an incredible amount for the community. Last month, they worked with us to provide free coffee to parents and caregivers of kids with complex medical issues at Hopkins Children’s Center and Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital. What a fabulous Baltimore business! ❤️❤️
Getting a lot of bad publicity in Ocean City over a cup with just whipped cream that would have been paid for by customer for a photo opp. Zeke’s you missed a great opp for positive publicity. Shame on you
Pip the Beach Cat came for a visit today. His owner wanted to buy him a treat - a cup of whipped cream...and they REFUSED TO SELL HER ONE I hope everyone I know reads this and BOYCOTTS ZEKE’S Boooooooo
Sounds to me like you need to work on your customer service. Getting a lot of bad publicity when someone from out of town stopped in today and ordered a cup with just whipped cream that would have been paid for and they were refused and you were rude to them. Zeke’s you missed out on a great opportunity for some free positive publicity. Shame on you!

Umm - PR disaster, Zeke’s. I can see you are replying to pips mother, trying to make it right. But that is only because I bother to look at your response to other people’s comments. If I were you I would make this front and center on your Facebook page and do some bending over backwards, fast. Just a little unsolicited advice from a marketer. Oh, and a cat lover.
