Years ago I had a frozen shoulder and spent months in physical therapy, which I was happy to do vs surgery. A couple of years ago my other shoulder had the same pain and symptoms. A friend of mine suggested Dr Plemon at Zehr Chiropractic and I'm very thankful he did!! 2 sessions later I had complete relief and no symptoms since! I started seeing Dr. Jared Plemon about 6-7 years ago after my husband started seeing him. I really like Dr. Plemon and everyone at Zehr Chiropractic. I find that going periodically, just to make sure my body is where it should be, suits me best and keeps everything in line.
My overall health has improved since having adjustments since last fall. I have had 1 minor vertigo attack several months ago but nothing since. I have definitely had an improvement in my range of motion and balance due to the adjustments I have received under your care. Being relieved of vertigo has been great. Thank You!

Worked amazing to relieve my lower back pain.
I went to see them because a friend recommended them. After 2 weeks I was amazed with the progress I made. It's been 4 weeks and the pain in my neck and back are at least 50% better. I can't remember the last time my back felt this good.
