RecommendedDr Plemon is very friendly. The technics they use are way better than the old manual manipulation. Less shock to the system and longer lasting. I would recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I both go to Zehr and have been pleased with the results - we both experience less headaches and are much more aware of our posture and ways to do things (for me it was 'don't cross your legs don't carry my purse on my shoulder) and that lead to better health all around. I would highly recommend their office!
Best office ever! Dr. Plemon has been amazing, and incredibly patient with me and the healing process. Dawn and Suzanne are the best and always find a way to work with your schedule and get you in for an appointment when you need it. It took me five years to finally make an appointment after several people told me this was the place to go. I wish I would have sooner!
When I came to Zehr Chiropractic, P.C., my hip was so painful that it was hard to navigate stairs. I needed to get back into alignment so I could train. Under Dr. Zehr's care, I got better and stronger, could train and had a great season last year as a Master's sprinter, US track and field. In 2018, I qualified for 2 national meets, am an All-American and am nationally ranked in the women's 100m and 200m. Looking forward to the 2019 season!
These chiropractors know me better than I do and have helped tremendously getting rid of four days of vertigo! I am so thankful.
