I got 2 pairs of the Z3 gps mod goggles originally $459 each on clearance sale for $99 a piece. I think we got some of the last pairs of these but my friends have ordered the Transcends for $129 that look very similar and probably have some sort of upgrade or extra features. Zeals automatic lens can't be beat. I've been riding with the Decoy for a couple seasons and have been more than happy. The design of these shades work great. They provide great clarity and contrast in all light conditions. Recently on a ride in Sedona, I was blown away again by the brilliance of this lens. Under semi overcast skies and the tacky red dirt the detail of the terrain came alive. Thanks for making this my favorite pair of shades to date.
Bought a pair of the HD camera goggles, the lens on them scratched up so bad so easily, not to mention the lens that comes with it is only good on sunny days and trying to get a replacement lens for them seems to not be possible.....waiting for a month for a reply from the website with no answer...so glad i spent $300 on this paperweight
Firstly the strap broke and this was at the start of the first day out at the bottom of the chair lift, so I had to ride the first day in sun glasses, then I managed to repair the strap which now keeps popping out so I had to position them on my helmet and leave them on and then when I did manage to get them on the GPS didn't work.........I guess it is just a gimmick and I got suckered into it like many people probably have......I don't think I will be purchasing another pair of Zeal goggles and just stick to the conventiona... read more
Bought two different pair, both have had a lens split in half with not impact or damage. I love the glasses. I love the lens colour. Quality frames. But what's up with the splitting lenses!!??
They rock hard from groomers to backcountry they help me be able to see the terrain and shred it!
Best pair of sunglasses I've owned for under $100. You will not be disappointed. And their customer service is top notch. I currently own 3 pair of Zeals - Snapshot, Epic, and just order a pair of Upsides during their Labor Day sale! Get you a pair, enjoy the world around and explore more.
So this was my 3rd season snowboarding and the first with all my own gear. Firstly the Zeal goggles I bought (voyager moon) are extremely comfortable and vented well etc. I treated the goggles with a great amount of care but on the very first day of the season I had one stack (not even onto my face mind you) and that was all it took to scratch the lens very badly. For a goggle that cost me $240 i was extremely disappointed with the durability of the lens. Apart from that it was a good product...
