I recently purchased a pair of sunglass for my husband. Unfortunately, when they arrived the lenses has stress cracks in them. However, I was not worried one bit; after being a loyal Maui Jim customer for 13 years (and knowing how much their customers mean to them), I knew Zeal would take care of it. A quick phone call to customer service, and his glasses were fixed in a few days. Thank you so much. Your customer service it truly amazing and the reason we will continue to support your business!

I just gave to say, Zeal has the best customer service I've experienced in years. I love my Brewers and had a minor issue that was taken care of with promptness. I will wear these with pride knowing there are actual companies out there that care about the customer and not just the bottom end. Great job!!

Awesome service. Busted an arm on my favourite pair and the lenses were starting to get worn. Turn around was just over a week for a completley repaired pair of glasses.
Got myself a pair of polarized Zeal sunglasses for my road trip through Australia this year. The sun is so bright over there but the sunglasses protected very well and the sunglasses are very light as well. But not to forget is the incredible quick and good customer service. I only had to pay for sending the sunglasses from Holland to Germany (€ 3,50) and a few weeks later I received a complete new (repaired) pair of sunglasses by UPS. Very thankful for that!
I recently finished my first week of wearing my ZEAL Rival sunglasses - and as a beach volleyball player they made a world of difference. In addition to never having to adjust my glasses due to the wrap around frame, I was shocked that after getting absolutely blasted in the face by a ball while blocking, my glasses were still in perfect condition and my face wasn't bleeding! Couldn't be happier and looking forward to competing in my ZEAL Optics shades this summer.
