Loved my CAPITOLS from Zeal and had an issue with the coating peeling off. Their customer service was top notch and they took care of everything no questions asked. Stellar optics. Would recommend them to anyone!

Love my Zeal’s. I’ve had them going on 7 years and had the rubber on the ears replaced due to me leaving them in my extremely hot car.
Last year I bought a pair of the Zeal Slate Polarized Goggles from a local shop here in Hood River, OR. Was super stoked on the fit, comfort & high vis of the goggles until the 3rd day when the reflective mirror coating started to bubble up and peel off. I brought them back into the shop right away & the helpful owner took care of them for me & stated they were under warranty & it was a common manufacture issue he’d seen before. Amazing customer service, purchased a pair of Z3 GPS goggles that were a display model, the retailer had lost the remote that goes with them and failed to inform me. One call to zeal and they sent me a replacement free of charge that came within 3 buisness days (Colorado to BC) very happy with my purchase and the incredible customer sercice.
