Purchased an item, but the system went wrong, tried to solve it with customer service but they are useless, trying to give their work to others. Now my money is somewhere without confirmation.....
RecommendedI just got a pair of Zeal Sun glasses through my eye doc and these are amazing. I also learned of all that they do for the environment. I gotta say I knew instantly I was getting these because of just that! Besides being an amazing pair of sun glasses they are environmental friendly. That’s huge to me because I love nature and this planet. So keep up the great work!

poor quality. After being used one season (3 weeks) the coating on the glass is already scratch and coming off. Never again
I have Zeal crowley sunglasses and i must admit they are the most comfy beautiful sunglasses i ever had ! They fit and sit perfectly! Lenses are amazing and so is the frame. Gonna get all colours today ( two more pairs ) as i cant see myself ever wearing any different ones :) thank you zeal :)
Simply make better products that last. After using their products for more than 8 years it became apparent that they fail right after the 2 year warranty period. They are much cheaper than Oakley or Smiths for a reason. Spend a bit more and get something that performs better and lasts substantially longer. (And yes the irony of ironies, my profile pic is me wearing Zeals right before I have up on them and went with Smiths.)
Just over a year ago, I bought a pair of Zeals from our local outdoor shop. Within a month the frame coating was peeling. I had to pay shipping on my brand-new glasses and wait for the replacement. Also, if I sweat even a little bit, they do NOT stay on my nose and slip down constantly. And, the arms now feel super loose, not the comfortable, secure fit when I bought them a year ago. Cannot believe I paid what I paid for these. I just bought Oakleys and can immediately feel the difference!
Had a issue with some of my frames and zeal representative Mike took care of it immediately. Great at communicately and solving the issue. Would definitely reccommend.
I finally found THE sunglasses for me (3 years ago). Why? I am active, sweaty and have light sensitive, green eyes and work in a tropical country. They don't fall down on my nose and they do reduce some glare. The first pair needed new lenses and for me, customer service did a fine job and returned the glasses looking and feeling new, all for $50. Thank you Zeal for making practical and stylish sunglasses at a good price point.
