I'm not sure what is going on with the ladies here but the last two times we have gone through drive through, they act like we are ruining their day. This time my husband went through and she just through my salad in the bag and had the worst attitude. The time before that my kids meals were just in a box with out any of the extras. Time to adjust some things!
Ran to zaxbys for a late supper tonight after a busy day Looked online to see the hours and it was until 10 pm, got there at 9:50, pull up to the drive thru and all I hear is we are closed. Guess they need to change their hours to we close early so don't come here.
Tried calling the number but no Answer!! They need great employees but won’t give hours to the dedicated. It’s lost my respect
Very good for the most part. Check your order before you leave for accuracy then you're good. Keeping the drink machine stocked out front seems to be a challenge lately. Prices seem to be creeping up. Still food's good so far. Staff is friendly. I eat here often.
The service is awful. The fries are always cold and it's way over priced .
When you stop and get take out that costs $40+ for your meal and get home and not all your food is there....zaxbys Fayetteville, TN...YOU SUCK! And that's me being nice
Food used to be great. Ordered today. Took almost 20 minutes to get my food. Got the wings and things... chicken fingers were pld, stale and skimpy. The new drive through sign sucks. You can barely read it because of the font size and the layout is confusing.... dont even know why they changed the sign... the old one was fine....at least it could be read.
