I looove Zaxbys. but the Fayetteville Location is a continual disappointment. I've tried many times. Tonight will be my last visit,... ever. I ordered Traditional Hot Wings,. they were undercooked, no crisp at all, the skin was really chewy and disgusting,.. then I realized they were actually spoiled! The buffalo sauce couldn't even cover the smell of spoiled meat! I really like Zaxby's, but I am extremely disappointed in my last several orders in the drive thru. 3 out of 4 times something has bee. missing from my order and I've had to turn around and go back. I usually order a Cobb salad for myself and the last 3 times there has been no bacon. on the salad and this last time is the worst. My salad had no bacon. Zaxby's in Fayetteville has been disappointing me so much lately. I pay $8 for a salad that has only 6 pieces of lettuce. I ask for honey mustard and get nothing - or zax sauce instead. They close before their scheduled closing time (even pre-pandemic), and every time I try to call - no one answers the phone. Zaxby's - DO BETTER.
It's not the best Zaxby's around but tonight we only got half our order through drive through but the Manager was very kind and took care of it immediately and was very professional about it. Apparently the 2 employees who messed up several orders in a row walked out and quit. I worked fast food for many years and good help is hard to find. Just wanted to post here that this Zaxby's is not perfect but they will go out of their way to make it right. 😎

I recommend not eating here nor working here. Barbara the manger talked to my minor child like a dog her 4th day on the job and 1st day on day shift. Such high expectations to think someone would know everything in 4 days. Barbara your a joke and a bitter woman my hope is you have the year you deserve. Best believe it's not over. Period.
