I have been to Zaxby’s in Fayetteville a couple of times in the last month and ordered a salad. I have to say that I have been disappointed with my salad each time. This evening, some of the lettuce was wilted and black, the cucumbers were ruined, the tomatoes left much to be desired as well. This has been pretty much the same experience each time I have ordered a salad in the last month. Barbara is rude. y’all have bugs, and y’all need new employees. and stop banning people from coming in just because they left an honest review.
The wings we ordered were dry and tasted like they had been cooked the day before. Live too far to take a drive back down there, but now I remember why I go to the location in Hazel Green. Never had a problem there.
Lately, the salads have been hit or miss as far as freshness and everything that’s supposed to be on it actually there but this is, by far, the worst it’s been. This is the lettuce that I was served in a salad tonight, Sunday Nov. 11, at 6:44PM. I got two salads, one for me, and one for my girlfriend. They cost $7.49 each. Ordered the sensation salad, within 2 hours I was sicker than a dog! Was up all night getting sick, the " tea" had no flavor, was watered down, I will never go back , Service was rude, and they made us feel like we were waisting their time!
The service is AWFUL!!! The teenagers that are running the place so it only seems to be teenagers are all out RUDE! I love Zaxby's anywhere else but not this one in town! Honestly I feel that change should come to this place or just shut it down its that bad!!!
I gotta ask. Do you not have the HOT honey mustard anymore? The last three times I've been, I ask for it and either end up with nothing, or the prepackaged bland honey mustard instead. If you're not going to offer it, take it off the menu, please...
Never again!!! We spent over $26 for two awful salads, very little chicken, mushy tomatoes and nasty wilted kale!!! We went through drive through, got ONE fork and old nasty fries!!!
