Zaxby's use to be one of my favorite lunchtime spots. However, every time me or my office staff order anything online, it's always messed up. So, today I figured I would go and order through the drive thru. Seems that doesn't make a difference. I ordered fried zalads for me and my coworker. BOTH came back grilled.
I love zaxbys!!! Their food is amazing! Here lately it just seems my food is never right! I order online and usually the office goes and gets it. There are 3 of us that eat there maybe more than 3 times a week! I always order the same thing, And my salad is still always loaded down with fried onions when I simply order without! After today I'm officially over ordering salads from there!!
Very Good food service , did miss the tvs eaten there many times
The worst wings ever, extremely bad customer service, they half way clean stuff. Our order and a few others around us were not even close. I strongly recomend saving your money.
Just left the lynn haven store. I ordered two extra zax sauces and a side of tongue torch which I paid for. I asked the young man at the counter if all of my extra sauces were in there. He replied you can check if you want to. I said I don't want to have to unload my order on the counter I am ready to get home. He replied the sauces should be in the box. When I arrived home the sauces were not with the order. Check #79 on 7/9/15
I love this place. Employees are friendly and the food is great!!
