Zaxbys district manager needs to come in and fire the whole entire management from day shift. The GM "Perry" does not have any management skills whatsoever. Very disappointed with this Zaxbys tonight. They claim they are open to 10 pm. I was starving after leaving work, I pulled into the drive thru and ordered. The young lady took my order. I drive around and paid her. She handed me my card, receipt, and my Coke. A gentleman then asked if I wanted something different because they had already cleaned the grill and closed it down for the night. Let’s just say zaxbys in Lynn Haven has gone down hill. We’ve been here an HOUR no exaggeration waiting on My husbands food, we all got ours but it took them an hour from ordering to finally give my husband his food and a refund, but doesn’t help the fact that he wanted his food. Care less about the refund. After waiting for his order it was wrong! Manger was not helpful busy talking to her family and making sure her own family had food.
