The past few times I've been in here I've been disappointed. Undercooked fries with no seasoning, hard bread on my sandwiches, and dry overcooked chicken. I used to love zaxby's but I think I'll find somewhere else. Every other location is top notch where Lynn haven is falling short; I don't know how they stay open.
RecommendedGreat customer service, but the place had a strange odor. I hope it isn't mold.
the floor was dirty. the cashier did not smile. The kicking chicken sandwich was drenched in ranch. however, you have to pay extra for any sauce you get. If the was hot sauce I couldn't tell. The cashier was complaining about people when I went back to get my food. the only bright sunny spot was the lady that brought the food to the counter. I'm usually a big fan of Zaxby. Sadness!!!!
Spent 20 bucks on chicken strips only to be told I'd have to pay extra for dipping sauce! What? I wasn't asking extra, they wouldn't give me ANY without paying extra! Never again!
Carsella is a Piss poor manager at the Lynn Haven location. VERY RUDE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Screws up the order then threatened the customers! I hope your location goes bankrupt with managers like that!
The food was good, although the order was not complete. I went inside instead of the drive thru, my order was for 3 people, and it was the WORST customer service. I lived nearby years ago, we stopped going then for the same reason. I personally will not return to this location.
