Love the food but the staff could lose the attitude.
Just stopped by and I will never return to that place. Plenty of staff but no one wants to work. 3 outside smoking, several in back laughing and cutting up and the girl working the drive through window walked past me saying she is not going to do all the work. Great attitude girly. Good job management, keep it up and you all will be out of work in no time.
TEAM MEMBERS VERY RUDE AN THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR SAUCE WHEN IT COMES WITH YOUR FOOD!!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ON GOING BACK THERE I LOVE ZAXBY'S BUT NOT IN LYNN HAVEN!!!! GET YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TOGETHER!!!!
The employees that work there are rude & they get attitudes with you about everything . The fries are always cold & the wait time to get your food is always long .. love zaxbys but not the one in Lynn haven would never go back there again
Zaxbys is one of my favorite places to eat. But the last 2 times my hubby gets it to go my fries are not cooked all the way and my chicken is so dry i can't eat it.
ETA: Just wanted to say Gage made the situation right. We will be back as we love Zaxby"s! I don't like giving a 1 star at all but, tonight there was MOLD on my chicken salad sandwhich! We eat here often and have given chance after chance as service is usually a issue.
