Spending nearly $10 for a chicken salad and receiving it only to get home and realize there is NO CHICKEN literally makes you the worst and I am holding a grudge. I live too far away for this kind of nonsense. So excuse me while I angrily eat this chickenless salad because I refuse to drive all the way back.😒
On multiple occasions I feel as though I’m being treated unfairly and what I describe as being bullied or picked on. Rachael was horribly RUDE! They handed me a salad that was not what I ordered. As I ordered it with no bread , no tomatoes add extra onions add extra cucumbers. I handed it back and said I ordered no tomatoes, they handed it back with bread I handed it back stating I did not want bread! They gave it back to with tomatoes again. Expect extremely slow service. You ordered on the app and expect quick curb side, think again. They disconnect their phone so you can't call and make you get in the drive through, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead.
