Your wings were burnt and dried out worst food ive had and its not just this location its been all locations food quality is down and prices keep going up i will no longer be eating at any location

Zaxby's in Fayetteville has been disappointing me so much lately. I pay $8 for a salad that has only 6 pieces of lettuce. I ask for honey mustard and get nothing - or zax sauce instead. They close before their scheduled closing time (even pre-pandemic), and every time I try to call - no one answers the phone. Zaxby's - DO BETTER.
They don't make sure you have all of your food/drink. They tell you it's in the bag when you go to check, and then come to find out it's not. Call and talk with the manager, and he pretty much is saying he don't care and that it is your fault. Says that it don't matter, you are only one customer. I do not recommend this place. The food is disgusting and dry. They do not care if your food is correct. They give you whatever they feel like giving. The general manager has no customer skills at all.
RecommendedWhy can’t you put milk bottles in a plastic bag? Every time we go through the drive thru there they try to hand us 8oz milk bottles one at a time. Or worse, put them in a paper bag that soaks through with condensation by the time we get home and the bags falls apart spilling the milks down the driveway, under the car, rolling down the hill into the street... C’mon folks - THINK!

Sign on front door states “safety first. Face mask required” HA! Not true! Witnessing people entering restaurant with no mask and being served.
Go through a customer service class for one, learn not to call their customers liars and admit that it's possible that they could've made a mistake.

I waited over an hour for my food to find out that the people who made it put it in the box on the counter and no one looked for it. the crew in the back said they didn't make it yet. i wanted fresh food made and got it 20 mins later only for it to be wrong. I didn't get to eat because the food that was given to me makes me sick and the manger wouldn't give me my money back.
