Was told by the girl in drive thru to pull up and they would bring food out. I specifically asked about how long and was told less than 10 minutes. 28 minutes later they brought our food. 17 cars in parking spots waiting!!
Zaxbys used to be a place to take your family friends and coworkers or just to get a quick snack on the go. After tonight the experience my family and children endured in the drive-through was absolutely traumatizing not only did the manager of the store @ZaxbysGulf breeze upset myself and my wife but my children as well. You'll spend your whole life waiting in the drive thru
HORRIBLE customer service, the employees have no respect for the customers we’re all cussing and calling eachother out on who messed my order up. One even stared at me and started mouthing off to me when the other employees said he messed my order up.
Staff is NOT wearing masks over their noses as they prepare food...

Ordered a 20 piece family pack and got two kids orders and a 4 piece meal. Wasn’t given a receipt to leave a review online. Even asked the girl at the window if it was right since the last visit, the exact same thing happened, and she said yes. Great job zaxbys.
Yesterday open came in, everyone was friendly... today, closed. Guy who came to door said they’re closed. No explanation, no apology and he couldn’t wait to shut the door.
