I pulled in to go through the drive thru when my 2year old started choking in the back seat I parked and yanked her out and started to beat her back to try to get it out Natalie saw and heard me and ran to our rescue and successfully got my child to swallow whatever it was and she started breathing again!!!! Angels exist people and she’s one of them for me!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

This was at the bottom of my cup and I told the manger he said he couldn’t do nothing about it because he don’t recall his staff doing anything to my cup and it might be backwash... disgusting!
Zaxbys in mebane at this location SUCKS!!! They have continually left out my salad dressing. They under season the fries. Awful. Everytime!
Y'all should just shut down the online order system. I sat with my wife and 16 month old child in your designated parking spot for 30 minutes watching cars going through getting food. Called twice and was told to wait. Went through the drive thru to be told you were making our drinks and to pull back to the parking spot I was patiently waiting before. Now I will be back for the food but that's the first and last time I will use your online ordering system. Thanks.
We've tried to do pickup here and both times, we order an hour out, get there, try to call, lines are always busy, no one comes out for at least 15-30min. Customer service could use an overhaul!
