Food was made fast. And tasted great. Employees were very nice also.
Horrible customer service! Drive thru service is a joke, they can never give me the correct order smh
I had an excellent experience at Zaxby's in Knightdale, NC on Wednesday. The employee who took my order (unfortunately didn't catch her name) was prompt and very friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. She noticed the medical symbol on my jacket and we struck up a conversation about my work, and about her goals and the college she is attending in the fall. This additional personal touch made my trip worthwhile!
Insane chicken wings are outstanding and the pricing isn't bad :-)
