My last couple of times going through the drive-thru it has been extremely slow. I noticed my last visit today, signs were posted Hiring All Positions. Sounds like they are short on help and it shows. Food was good but service fair!

This is the first time I have ate at this location and, the food was wonderful. Service was friendly and, helpful. Bathroom was clean. The chicken tenders were wonderful, as well as the Texas Toast.

Found a roach crawling on the booth we were sitting at. Told the people working there and they honestly didn't seem to care. Ive got pictures and video of the roach.
After paying for our food, and sitting there waiting on it for 20 minutes, the girl calls me up to the counter and tells me that they are OUT OF CHICKEN!?! How does that even happen? So not only did we sit there for 20 minutes for nothing, we left hungry and mad! ���
Took us about 30 minutes to get our food and took my mom about 45 minutes to get her chicken tenders they lost her order my daughter went and talked to the manager not that it did any good. They all need to be fired even the manager. Nobody acted like they knew what they were doing. Will never eat here again.

I had a really good experience there. The employees were nice and seemed to like their job. Service was quick and the food was good. Everything was clean and Pleasent. Can't complain. Thank you for keeping a positive atmosphere.
I would have if I had Zaxbys sauce placed in my order as it should have been. So seasonings g on the fries. So mad.
I've enjoyed the salads for a while . My wife and I frequent the Gardendale store no less than 2-3 times a week at the cost of $8.02 per salad ($16.04 each visit). The amount of chicken on the salad has become like your getting a box of chocolates , you don't know what your getting. The small portion that is on the salad is disappointing .
