So we come through drive thru...it’s fast food right? And we have to wait 6 minutes and still get charged .25 cents for sauce...oh ok. �
How can you be out of ice for months? Who wants to go out to eat to get there food w/o a drink or a drink w NO ICE.
The worst service I’ve had in sometime. The young man taking my order needs training. Was ordering for 5 people and before I could finish he’s giving me a total. He did that 2 times. He acted as if he did not want to be there. Ask for 2 additional Zaxby sauces and did not get them. Did not give the dressing for salads. At window I paid and he says here your food! No thank you for doing doing business with them. I may never go here again. They need to train their employees like Chick-Fil-A trains their employees.
Visited today after several months and a few complaints and I must say it's a 75% improvement. My feet didn't stick to the floor, tables and restrooms were clean good job but still needs work!!
I am a regular customer of Zaxbys but I will not visit this location again because everytime I go the place is filthy, the tables and floors are always sticky and the service is poor! Apparently this location does not have any mops or rags to wipe tables down or either they have a bunch of sorry workers that don't give a damn! It's my opinion that everyone who works at this location(managers included) needs to be fired and a whole new crew hired! No ice in the entire restaurante, and the food was really bad. Wish I could've had a cold beverage to wash this terrible food down with. Y'all need Jesus.
My co worker and I eat Zaxbys it least one a week. We always get the buffalo blue salad. Today however, there was no buffloe sauce on either of our chicken and it was mostly carrots. Day ruined...
Poor service young childish employees not professional at all called in a Christmas party order was not prepared when it was suppose to be girl at the counter was rude
