The food was freshly cooked. We didn't have to wait long. Food was good. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have liked was a table or booth that seated at least six.
Food was perfect, friendly staff, forgot an item but we had a huge order and they fixed it with no trouble! I love zaxby's and only get to have it when we travel south since I'm from Pa.
The restrooms were dirty no soap or towels,no ice,tables were dirty ,and no tea this place is missing management badly
Just stopped in to grab a quick meal on a road trip or so we thought waited 25 minutes for our food. We saw people who were waiting about 10 minutes just to order while the employees were stocking things and talking to eachother. When I asked for the sauces I had ordered from the girl who gave me our food she asked someone else to do it cause she was busy stocking things. Also there was blood on the toilet in the ladies room.
I usually come here all the time but today pull up and had two orders and was told cant do two orders in the drive thur i was like ok can i do spilt tender they said ok pull up to the window and then they said cant do it so i had to go park for them to rering it up front then when the food comes up the girl just tosses it on the counter and walks away to goof off the store was empty the whole time what sense does that make
