need new cashiers they were very rude would not give time to pick out what I needed to order was a smart mouth black lady
Rudest staff ever - all I did was ask for extra ice and it was like I asked for free food or more. called Corporate to complain but no response. Obviously the franchise owner or Corporate doesn't care how their staff treats the guests. Social media is the best word of mouth.
Waited 25 mins for our food, making it 905pm. We told them it was dine in. They bagged it up. My husband explained we were dine in. 15 mins later our food arrives in plates with extra fries. We did not order fries to begin with. My kicking chicken sandwich had little to no hot sauce and no ranch. The extra fries were raw. All the while the workers were loudly cursing and drinking soft drinks. Won't be back
