Lunch staff is rude and completely unprofessional. Hospitality is not a priority, many mistakes with orders at drive through as well as inside. Counters dirty as well as tables.

Your Owner needs to learn how to treat customers. Customer service must be a priority. If they didn't like the taste because it tasted like old grease, don't you think you should make it right, for your reputation, at least?
Terrible customer service. Bathrooms were dirty. Manager was very rude and food was cooked in old grease.
My dressing for my zalad was not in the bag and then there was so much sauce on my wings that everything else in the bag was covered in sweet and spicy
Always a great experience. Love their fried chicken zalad!
I came from WVa for my daughter's Bday and she chose Zaxby's ands I honestly enjoyed the food, service and facilities!!
