I like Zaxby's, but I am so tired of getting home and not having everything that I ordered! Very disappointing!
Just left this Zaxbys and was very disappointed with the customer service. First, we paid for and received the incorrect order. Second, after the order was corrected, I find that we had paid full price for the kid's meals (which are 99 cent on Tuesday). Thirdly, I go into the store to have this fixed and the customer service manager Katherine was very rude and unapologetic. Was pretty disappointed. We ordered 40 chicken strips and they we're all very dry and made it hard to eat. Usually love the chicken strips there. Not today. The only reason there is a two star rating is because the customer service was good.
Received the worst customer service ever ! Call the corporate office to complain a month ago received no followup or nothing another food chain that only cares about $$$ & not genuine customer service
For the past 3 times the strips have been very salty... I've thrown away 3 full meals. I think I'm done with them now. Customer Service was great though
