We have been coming to this location since Aug. The past 3 times we came have been horrible. This location use to be good. I was beyond appalled with the service and how little care was taken to try and fix what was wrong. As the old saying goes 3 strikes and your out.
Quite the opposite: I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Zaxby's... This location has chosen not honor the nationwide appreciation for educators. Zaxby's in other cities are graciously participating, but our local restaurant refused to honor the *specials* for teachers. However, both CFL locations are participating!
If I could give less stars I would. They don't listen or follow any of the proper food orders, if you correct them they give you less than minimum portions. This is the worst zaxby location I have been too. I used to love zaxbys... now it's just a sad joint.
Food and customer service is always on point. I would recommend to anyone.
You can not serve raw chicken, you can make someone sick � I'm not judging, but it's dangerous to sell raw chicken in the salad
Won't be returning to this location. I wish this review would let me post a picture of our food....I think I got MAYBE 5 fries with my combo meal which is ridiculous for the price of food here.
Took my daughter and a friend for lunch today. She wanted Hi-C, but all the fruit flavored drinks were out (Dasani and everything). I asked the young man behind the counter if it could be refilled, he said "if it says it's out, it's out." Less than a minute later, he comes out with a tray of food for lunch. I get breaks, I worked in fast food. The ketchup dispenser was also out. My daughter went up to ask for ketchup packets and was told that there was a charge for ketchup. This place sucks ass! I paid for 5 chicken tenders and received fucking 3 chicken nugget looking tenders!!!!! This was also after they fucked up my first order, i got a kicken chicken and it came with ranch POURED ALLLLLLLLL over it!!!! You could see the top half of the bread but not the bottom because of how soaked it was! LIKE WTF!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible.... stood at the register more than 5 mins with workers walking past me, yet no one even acknowledged that I was there. I ended up leaving.... and don't plan on visiting again.
