When someone orders salad, the salad dressing should be INCLUDED in the meal. How does one eat a salad without dressing??? People on the phone were not friendly with my complaint, so I will do it in person. Once I can get free from the office I will be bringing my uneaten salad with expectations of a FULL refund.
Waited for over 30 minutes for food. Had to ask for a refund and go back to work hungry because they couldn’t procure a grilled chicken sandwich in a half hour. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
It would be nice to get what you actually order instead of what the employees insist on giving you!!!
Horrible customer service. we we're the only people in restaurant and had to wait 20 mins for our food. we specifically stated dine in, it was even on our receipt but our food was bagged for to go. when mentioned to the staff, they looked at us clueless. The cashier was clueless. No soda choices to pick from. Overall a horrible experience

This location used to be my favorite. The past couple months the 2ait has been ridiculous, the people serving at the window talk to each other instead of the customer, and I have something missing my order everytime even when I pay extra.
How hard is it to put sauces and dressings in the bag. Tonight marks the 3rd order I've brought home only to be left without dressing for my salad or sauce for my chicken. My fault for continuing to eat here... I have to pass by on the way home, so it's convenient, at least the location is. not having everything I need to enjoy my meal is not too convenient, however.
