It's difficult for me to believe that Brent has been refinishing hardwood floors for very long. One of the most fundamental parts of the job is properly blending the areas sanded with the main drum sander and the edge sander. Unfortunately, that wasn't done in my home. As a result, there is an 8- to 12-inch band of noticeably different-colored flooring around the perimeter of my dining room, living room, hallway, and bedrooms. I’ve never experienced such a rude and horrible person. Terrible service and terrible attitude. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
This is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I would not consider him for any work EVER And BTW he said he was retiring as of today 2/2/22
I called Zapata Flooring to see if they would come out and do an assessment of flooring that was installed by another company. First of all, I was surprised that they made the appointment. Most companies will not respond to a request like this. Not only did Brent Zapata make the appointment; he came the very next day. His assessment of the floors was honest and to the point. He also made a few recommendations which I thought was very fair. Thank you Brent Zapata for taking the time our of your busy schedule!!
