This is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I would not consider him for any work EVER And BTW he said he was retiring as of today 2/2/22
I called Zapata Flooring to see if they would come out and do an assessment of flooring that was installed by another company. First of all, I was surprised that they made the appointment. Most companies will not respond to a request like this. Not only did Brent Zapata make the appointment; he came the very next day. His assessment of the floors was honest and to the point. He also made a few recommendations which I thought was very fair. Thank you Brent Zapata for taking the time our of your busy schedule!!

My husband and I are in the process of renovating a house that we will move to in Waverly Hills. We do just about everything ourselves, except finish and repair hardwood floors (did it once, and never again).
