Had a problem with my controller. As it turned out the problem was caused by my installing a less than adequate connector. Contacted Josh at solar and between him and Joe in tech support they provided me with proper connectors and a new controller at no charge. This is definitely a company that goes above and beyond to support their equipment. Lesson learned if you need to expand your system stick with all Zamp products.

Awesome local company! I came in today to have Josh troubleshoot an intermittent problem I was having with my solar controller. While waiting in the lobby for the testing to be completed, several employees heading out the door for lunch asked me if I'd been helped. I was impressed by their willingness to assist me even though they were off the clock. Superb customer service! We have had our 160 portable unit for about 3 years. It works as expected and, so we are very pleased. But the best part of Zamp is their customer service. One of the pins in the SAE plug on the lead wire broke off. Undoubtably our fault. I called Zamp and , free of charge, they sent a new one.
We absolutely love our zamp solar system on our cab over camper! I think we could dry camp forever and never run out of power! I can run everything from the solar pack including my blow dryer, curling iron, and toaster! Love it love it love it.
Awesome company. As a parts manager for an rv dealer, I always recommend Zamp to my customers. They have also taught me alot, when ever I have a question on which kit to offer I call customer service and they help me out.
