I would 100% recommend Zales outlet in Gonzales. After having terrible service at the Mall of Louisiana store several times I came to the Zales outlet and they sorted everything out for me. They are truly helpful and caring. Before visiting this location I vowed never to buy from Zales again, however this location has made me a customer again. Great customer service and extremely helpful! I especially want to thank Nora for her help. I was looking at several different pieces of jewelry (mostly rings), and she spent a lot of time with me. During my time, she answered every question I had and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back! Nora was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with everything. Once I told her the style I was looking for, she knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you for all the help!!

My husband bought my ten year anniversary ring from here and it is absolutely beautiful. Two years later and I still fall in love with it every time I look at my finger. Recently, we went into the store for my inspection and got a wedding band to enhance the beauty of my ring. I loved working with the workers. They made sure to match the band to my ring perfectly. I will never ever come back this place ever again. The lady who sent my ring off refuses to give it back to me even though i was specify told to just have my ID when i picked it up!!!! I signed the freaking paper work why the hell cant i have my ring!!!!!!!! Never again!!!!
