Twice a year I take my jewelry to Zales for cleaning, refinish, and to check. Yesterday visited the Ka Makana Ali’i location and was helped by Chris. Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient! Had to resize my wedding ring set. I always purchase the lifetime protection plan which is a must. With her help I ended up getting 3 more jewelry. Happy customer!! Chris

Through our entire experience here at Zales, we dealt with Chrissy. From the first time we walked in to the day that we picked up our rings, she helped us throughout the entire process. Chrissy was such a sweet and kind representative. I would highly recommend working with her. We love you so much Chrissy!!

Our experience at Zales Kamakana with Tiare was exceptional from beginning to end. At no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase, which made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Tiare was incredibly patient, as we visited the store at least four different times before finally finding the perfect ring.
