I took my daughter shopping today and brought a watch with me that needed a few links taken out. We walked by Zales and I stopped in just to ask them if they knew if there was a watch repair store in the mall. She inquired was I needed and she told me she could take care of it. We went to Zales in Cool Springs Galleria to look at jewelry for my daughter. Will and Vicki took very good care of us. I returned the next day to purchase jewelry for my wife. Zales does a very good job with products and display and the staff is very attentive and very helpful. We will buy from Zales in the future because of our experience.
