Jackie and Vicki were AMAZING! They both took the time to help me and my fiancé find my diamond bonds and sending my ring out for repair! I was also searching for a new box link chain and I was shown multiple options and I wasn't pressured to buy anything! Absolutely the best experience i have ever had at zales!
