Vicki went above and beyond for us. We were on a time crunch and needed my fiancé’s wedding band ordered, custom sized, and here in less than a week… Vicki said “no problem” and made it happen! She’s very educated, and helpful. If you need a ring and don’t know where to start I highly recommend stopping by Zales and asking for her
I brought in a watch that I purchased somewhere else to get adjusted. Keke was so patient with me and made me laugh while I waited. The watch I brought in had really difficult pins to remove and Keke did an amazing job to make sure it fit my wrist perfectly
Our expectations was more than met with Jacklyn she went above and beyond to make sure my dreams came through on my 10k ring upgrade this Nashville store does see to making dreams come true I'm supper excited about my anniversary ring upgrade pictures doesn't do this justice
I love Zales. Keke was a wonderful sales person. She addressed all my needs and found exactly what I was looking for. Truly appreciated! We went through a lot to make it happen but very much so worth everything! My wife is truly Happy thank you Zales!
