I had a wonderful experience with Lauren at the Zales in Cool Springs Mall in Franklin. She knew exactly what I wanted and took the time to show me various choices of bands to pick from. She was patient and had the utmost level of caring. I ended up with a Vera Wang diamond piece which was stunning and beautiful. Thank you Lauren!
