Horrible workmanship, messy dirty and will lie to get money from you by quoting low, then half way through you realize he's not doing anything right then he'll either leave you hanging or you have to pay him more. His contractor's license has expired beware of Zak he's a lying cheat don't let him touch your floors or anything!
Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. I've recommended Zak to many friends and they've all been happy with quick response and communication. A+
