Today, Wednesday, July 12, 2023, I accompanied my wife for her first appointment at 2:45 PM, and after waiting 10 minutes in the waiting room, the person in the front desk informed her that the Dr. could not attend her because he had a deposition. I don't understand how they gave my wife an appointment if the Dr. was going to be busy. My wife is also a Dr. and she was shocked at how irresponsible the front desk staff handled the situation. Dr. Lum replaced both my arthritic hips. I was immediately pain free and able to walk without aid. Dr. Lum’s patient focused treatment, easier understood explanations, and pain management procedures got me back mountain biking quickly. Dr. Lum and his staff are great.Thank you, Dr. Lum!
Dr. Lum is great. The office support is not good. So if you want calls to be returned, medication filled/refilled or questions answered; this is not the place for you. Extremely frustrating and upsetting, especially when you’ve just had major surgery.
Hello to all, I highly recommend Dr Lum and his team for any of your shoulder needs. He is a true profesional and very clear when explaining how the procedures work. I had left rotator cuff and Labrum surgery. It’s been 5 weeks and I’m very pleased with my results and his guidance on my way to a full recovery. Vic
