Zpulse has become my happy place! Coming here has changed everything in my life. I have started to feel good about myself, lose weight, gain muscle and confidence again. My husband and I go together most of the time. However, we have met so many new friends and new family. We look forward to going to class and seeing everyone and ending our day with a yummy shake (pb&j) for me :)

I moved from Columbus, oh and had a fantastic Zumba family. Moving back to the Fostoria area I felt like I couldn't find anything comparable. I was wrong! I came out to the New Year's Day 6pm class and had a ball! Everybody is so welcoming, the energy is amazing! I had the pleasure of having my first class tonight with Ali, way impressed!!!! I will for sure be back and will also be at Z Pulse Fostoria!
