I love Z Pulse and Zumba! I’ve been going now since the beginning of March and love it. It’s so fun you hardly know it’s exercise! Everyone is so welcoming and I feel so good after class. Highly recommend to everyone!

I recently went to my first Zumba class and it was a great experience! It was so much fun and the instructor, Ali, was amazing! He gave good cues so I could follow along without being totally lost and he's very entertaining. I was dripping sweat by the time the class was over, but it never felt like I was exercising...just having a great time dancing to upbeat music. I will definitely be signing up for more classes! I highly recommend it if you want a great cardio workout.

Z Pulse is the best way to get in a fun, effective workout. I never leave without feeling happy and refreshed. Not only are the dances great and easy to catch onto, the instructors and other members are always so welcoming.
