Been going there for chicken since around 1975 when I was attending New Testament Baptist Church...great place then and still is good chicken, good salads, and good broasted taters! Good friendly service!

We met recently with a party of 12 for my daughter's birthday and called ahead the day before. The service was terrible, and we eat Z-Place often so I was really disappointed to have this experience. One of the staff even got snippy with my daughter for going to the counter to get ranch dressing that the waitress had forgotten and told her, "Why don't you ask your waitress." Our food had been sitting for 7 minutes prior to my daughter going to the counter. We were told to "use our waitress" with our large party but she was n... read more

Chicken was small lat time i ordered. Was going to order a pizza but they don't start delivering til 4:30

We take delivery orders Monday thru Friday from 11-2 Then close and reopen from 4 til close!

Used to come here all the time when I lived in Huntington. Took my husband there tonight. He had the broasted potatoes and chicken. Potatoes were hard...he had to use a knife to cut them, they were not done. And I got my food 25 minutes after he got his. There's no sense in this. I understand they were busy but the food should all come out together. At least the waitress took my soda off the bill for me having to wait. The waitress (Tina) was really good. I'll give her 5 stars!!!

Zplace pizza is going constantly downhill. Stingy on toppings 2 topping pizza may as well been cheese pizza. Thin crust pizza at Elmos in Roanoke is same crust and toppings galore. Worth the drive
